Friday Capt.Jack took Mr. Louis Lacombe and crew out on a charter trip. They went to Pointe Fiene in the channel fished on bottom and caught 20 reds they threw back 40. They had a great time Capt.Jack enjoyed fishing with them. It was a Great red fishing trip!!

Lots of Trout action today!!! Capt. Kevin Lawson, Byron Owens and Ford Grissett headed out of Sweetwater to Lake Robin where they caught 100 trout. What an awesome catch!! Capt.Jack left out of Sweetwater with Mr. Preston Havens and crew they headed to Fourhorse where they caught 40 trout!! They also went to Pointe Fiene and scooped up on 18 reds. Just an awesome day of fishing down here out of Sweetwater Marina!! We know there are some die hards that will come down in any weather but Friday will be your best day after the weather passes. We have plenty live shrimp for the week so come on down and get in on some of the best fishing. We can’t wait to see what you catch and thanks for launching at Sweetwater Marina

Yesterday Capt.Jack went out with Mr. Johnny Davis and caught 20 reds in Pointe Fiene, 57 trout on Lake John and they even caught a 4 pound bass. Yesterday was the best day for trout so far. The trout are turning on!! Today we had loads of trout come in also. Come on down and get in on this action. It’s starting the best time of the year for trout. We have lodging available and Capt. Capt. Corey left out of Sweetwater this morning with Mr. Mike Saulters and they headed to Lil Lake where they caught 20 Beautiful reds. We have plenty live if your looking to go out in the morning. We have lodging availaable just give us a call 504342-2368

Butch, Larry, and Flip launched out of Sweetwater and went to Lake John where they caught 38 trout and 8 reds. They said they threw 15 trout back being the good sport fisherman they are.
